The famous Ponale panoramic trail starting from Riva del Garda, the Busatte di Torbole-Nago trail, the trail that leads to the castle of Arco, are just some of the infinite routes you can take in Upper Garda and from which admire the colors of the lake and the majestic mountains that frame it.

The area of Alto Garda, already a popular destination for many bikers, offers routes that can satisfy any cyclist, from the novice to the freerider, and is equipped to accomodate even the most demanding athletes. The breathtaking landscapes and unparalleled beauty of nature assure for all two-wheel enthusiasts unforgettable moments of freedom.
WATER SPORTS
Windsurfing, Sailing, Stand Up Paddle, Canyoning, Sub: water sports are undoubtedly the protagonists of Lake Garda which right in the towns of Alto Garda (Torbole, Riva del Garda and Malcesine), where the winds blow with a certain intensity and regularity, they find the most suitable areas. For beginners (but also for experts) it is possible to register in lessons and courses at specialized schools in the area. Fun is guaranteed!
FAMILY
The blue waters of Lake Garda are a real playground for the whole family! Many activities to do in the open air for the enjoyment of adults and children: guided tours and excursions to discover the area, educational farms in contact with nature where you can get to know the plants and animals perhaps while tasting the typical products of Alto Garda.
For adrenaline lovers do not miss Gardaland, one of the largest amusement parks in Europe, known as the Italian Disneyland. Gardaland is easily reachable from our structure in less than an hour by car or by bus.

A few km from Arco you can visit the MUSE and the Buonconsiglio Castle in Trento, the Mart in Rovereto, the War Museum of Rovereto, the Vittoriale of Gardone and the Rocca Museum di Riva del Garda.

A few km from the Agriresort O_live is the Fair District of Riva del Garda which, during the year, hosts important fairs, events and meetings.
